计算机科学专业其实就是一门研究信息和计算理论基础以及在计算机系统中该如何实现和应用的实用性学科。计算机科学，拥有很多分支科目，如计算机图形，强调结果的计算，还有一些是研究计算性质，如计算机复杂性理论，也有一些专业课程侧重于如何实现计算，举个简单的例子，编程语言理论主要研究和描述计算的方法，程序设计主要利用固定的编程语言解决某些计算问题；而人机交互，就是告诉学生怎么用计算机，以及计算机怎样才能变得有用，并且好用，可以随时随地的被人们正确利用。
